Mrs. Horn has been a School Nurse for the Clyde Green Springs Schools since 1998. She attended Terra Community College, Owens Community College, University of Toledo and Cambridge College in Massachusetts. She provides services at all buildings in the district, with main assignments at Clyde High School, Vine Street and South Main. Her hobbies include gardening,walking,and scrap booking. She is married, and has two grown children: Kendra and Thomas. The services Mrs. Horn offers students include vision and hearing screenings, nursing care, health education, health counseling referrals to outside health agencies, maintenance of student health records, and coordinates medication administration. Mrs. Horn is also an instructor for the American Heart Association Teaching Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to students and staff.
