Kimberly Bowers

3rd Grade

I have been teaching third grade at Green Springs Elementary School since 1987.  I am a 1986 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  My graduate work was completed at Ashland University in 1997 with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.  I continue to expand my education with classes and learning opportunities.  I like to keep up with the latest technology and use computers frequently in my daily teaching.

My husband, Jay, and I live in Fremont.  We have 2 children, a son Cole and daughter Emilia.  Our family likes to camp and spend time doing outdoor activities & sports.  I enjoy gardening and cooking during the summer.  I spend my quiet moments reading a good book.  I like to travel with my family.  Much of our travel takes us to our children’s events and activities, such as hockey games and dance competitions.
